On your last day, your work email and your company devices stop being yours, and everything that quietly ran through them stops working. Answer ten questions and this page builds your checklist, dated backward from that day.

Ten questions Do you have a personal email address you genuinely use? Where do the security codes for your bank arrive? Which of your daily devices belong to the company? Has an assistant been managing your passwords and renewals? Do you use a password manager? Where do your personal documents live? Tax returns, deeds, medical records. Are there personal photographs on your work phone or laptop? Do you know your Apple Account password, and does its recovery point at a personal address? Any board seats, advisory roles, or a public profile coming with retirement? Is there a transition or consulting period after your last day?
