The little message that says your storage is full, again, is the most misunderstood thing Apple makes. It usually has nothing to do with your phone being full, and buying a new phone never fixes it. Answer a few questions and get the plain-English reason, and the real fix.

What is going on What does the message actually say, roughly? What is your iCloud plan now?In Settings, tap your name, then iCloud. Roughly how many photos and videos, across all your years? How many Apple devices share this account?iPhone, iPad, Mac, and so on. Do other people share this account?A spouse on the same Apple ID, for instance. What happens with photos matters most. When you delete a photo from your phone, do you expect it gone everywhere?
